Oder das hier: The founder of Gotei 13-Tai and Shin'ou Reijutsu In, Yamamoto Genryuusai Shigekuni, is 3000 something years old. Kyouraku Shunsui (8th Division Captain) and Ukitake Jyuushirou (13th Division Captain) both belong to the first generaion of graduates from Shin'ou Reijutsu In, thus it could be guessed that they're also first generation captains in Gotei 13-Tai. Meanwhile, Hinamori, Abarai and Kira were also students from the same year. According to official sources, the three of them were graduates from year 2006, meaning that both Kyouraku and Ukitake are at least 2000 years + old.
Now, Hitsugaya entered Shin'ou Reijutsu In even after Hinamori. Since Hinamori's age can't be that different from Rukia's, who's over 200 years old, it could be predicted that Hitsugaya's age is somewhere around 150 - 200 years old.
